Reporting to and providing administrative support for the Director, the Operations Administrator is responsible for the efficient management of Artes Mundi’s operations in relation to office effectiveness, equipment management, charitable administration and IT, to best support the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

Marketing and Communications Officer
Permanent, Part-time 3 days per week (22.5 hours)
The Marketing and Communications Officer is responsible for advancing Artes Mundi’s presence locally, nationally and internationally through development of innovative marketing, publicity and communication strategies and impactful print and digital materials. By working collaboratively with staff, board committees and external parties, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator develops approaches that drive and support achievement of Artes Mundi’s objectives.

Curator of Learning & Public Engagement
Permanent, Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
The Curator of Learning & Public Engagement will utilise knowledge and experience of artistic and learning practices, art history and a broad awareness of other creative practices and culture to conceive, develop and lead on education and public programs for youth, schools, families and children across a range of projects. The education and public program events will vary in format ranging from talks, tours, workshops and gallery activities.
